The staff were helpful, the room comfortable and unusual, we all liked the chair, and it was in a quiet area.

I have stayed in many (very many) different hotels in Munich, and I've finally found my favorite! I originally booked 2 nights here, but ended up staying 5! Therefore, I saw three different rooms on three different floors, and all were exceptionally designed, clean and comfortable. The extra touches were also great, for example... Leaving a nice bag of fresh towels if you didn't want to be disturbed in the morning. Also, the pillows and sheets are wonderfully comfortable as well. The breakfast does cost money, but is delicious! Lastly, the location is absolutely perfect, right next to Sendlinger Tor, and 10-15 minutes walking to Marienplatz. Next time I'm in Munich, I will surely be back!

This is really design hotel. Normal size rooms. Elevator is small but this is not important.
Front rooms on the main street are noisy. All was OK!

Lovely water pressure in the shower.
The self-closing fire door to the toilet was quite inconvenient.

Everything necessary for an overnight stay was provided
As a non smoker I could smell the traces of a smoker in my room or from outside my room nearby

Very comfortable and cosy....room was quite eccentric (loved the cow picture on the shower glass) and the window area with sofa and dock for music...priceless!!
Bigger Towels for the shower and a nice kettle would have been appreciated!

Close to Oktoberfest (Theresienplatz), quiet and clean rooms, nice design. Price/value is probably good excl. Octoberfest weeks. Private parking, though not free Wi-fi was fast. Comfortable bed. Good ligh-locking curtains keeps the room dark if u want to sleep in the morning.
One sliding door to close either the shower or the WC - it is not possible to close both at the same time. Furthermore, you can hear every sound from the toilet.... Very expensive at the time of Octoberfest I had to seriously push staff for an extra bed - I got it finally, but only when I wanted to cancel my reservation

Request a room away from the street to minimize noise during your stay, especially for a peaceful night's sleep.

Cool hotel with good views over to the mountains in the distance, good choice for a long weekend. In a central location with bars and restaurants near the venue. Appreciated vibrant area.

Close to Octoberfest and not too loud area
Was way overpriced.. 400$ a night is a bit steep for a room with 2 single beds.. a terrible layout to the bathroom with a sliding door when you have 2 people and the space is so cramp for the toilet. At that price breakfast should have been included and at least some facility outside of just a room and lobby area.

Had a blast with my friends! We checked out some cool local bars and made our way to the amazing English Garden. The hotel had a awesome breakfast with vegan options and super comfy beds.
Thankfully, we were able to switch rooms.
